COVERED?

The WORD of GOD has a purpose. it's written out for all man kind in 2 Timothy 3:16. It clearly states: it is useful for teaching (show how to do something), rebuking (turn back, keep down disapprove), correcting (to make or set right), and training (teach so as to make fit, qualified or proficient). Most important it's GOD Inspired words guiding us toward our righteousness.

The thing about reading the BIBLE, with an open heart, is you begin to gain a solid since of security. You start to see your life in GOD'S promises. I've noticed my ups and downs in light of so many stories written out. Do i see myself as these people in the bible "NO". Do I consider myself worthy "NO". As faith should have it I attribute where I am, to the one who created me. It's more about seeing HIS coverage through every decision made, BECAUSE THAT IS WHAT A "FATHER", does for HIS Child.

IF IT WEREN'T FOR MY SUBMISSION TO GOD I:

- would be bitter because of my childhood

- would be an alcoholic drug addict

- would be adulterant womanizer

- would be a divorced father who his children didn't speak to..

- would be empoisoned or dead from street crimes

It is hard to openly express your "FAITH in something that is at times difficult to understand, and difficult as all get out to explain in words without sounding "insane!". To take the approach that "they (non-believers) are simple minded and we should not care what they think of us" get's explained off through miss quoted scripture, by believers often. The bottom line is, that we as believers are not afforded that position and to act as such. If so how do we compassionately act out the "GREAT COMMISION". To feel connected to any written words you have to believe, and that's the heart of our brand, we believe in the GOSPEL OF JESUS CHRIST!

Get Inspired

It is an exciting time in our culture people are leaning towards the WORD of GOD with an expectation to see oppression confronted. IN THE PAST, I'd see/hear a people mocking "JESUS FOLLOWERS" but what I really see/hear is someone refusing to follow a powerless religion of vipers and hypocrites, mishandling the WORD OF GOD, for their benefit at others expense. They are wanting a connection to their true identity in ways that freedom was expected to be experienced. We are commissioned to present the narrative in SPIRIT AND TRUTH. No one's perfect in this life but considering yourself as a soldier in GOD'S ARMY will have you walking through life with the spirit we were designed to harbor. Believing you are COVERED!!!
